Request account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of the account you use with the Vinoks mobile app or website, together with the data associated with it.

How your request is handled
- Submit the form using the email address associated with your Vinoks account where possible. You do not need to reinstall or sign in to the app.
- Our team will securely match the account and, if identity verification is needed, contact you only through a registered contact channel. Never enter your password or sensitive documents in this form.
- Once identity and retention obligations have been checked, the account deletion process will be completed. Temporarily disabling an account does not count as deletion.
Data covered by deletion
After verification, account-related data that is not subject to a legal retention obligation is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
- Account identity, session and authentication information
- Name, email, telephone and company profile information, including uploaded company documents
- Product interests, customer product codes and active basket information
- Mobile device, push notification and support conversation associations
Limited records that may be retained
Required parts of completed order, shipment, quotation, payment, accounting, security or dispute records may be retained with restricted access for the applicable statutory period where necessary for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention or the establishment of legal rights. They are deleted or irreversibly anonymised when that obligation ends.
